Important — Custom Made-to-Order Policy
All sales are final. Every VinylCreatives order is individually manufactured to order using the audio files and artwork you provide. Because each record is custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed custom orders.
Image quality is your responsibility. Print output quality is determined entirely by the resolution of the artwork files you upload. We reproduce your images exactly as submitted — if you upload a low-resolution or compressed image, the printed jacket and labels will reflect that quality. We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI for best results. VinylCreatives is not liable for image quality issues resulting from low-resolution uploads.
Exceptions: We will replace or refund orders only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Because every order is custom-manufactured to order from files you provide, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds based on customer preference, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a design choice made at the time of ordering.
Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., unplayable audio, pressing error not caused by your audio file) or is damaged during transit, contact us at support@vinylcreatives.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
Image & Audio Quality Disclaimer
Output quality — including print sharpness, color accuracy, and audio fidelity — is directly determined by the quality of the files you upload. We reproduce your artwork and audio exactly as provided. Low-resolution images will produce low-resolution prints. Compressed or low-bitrate audio will affect sound quality. VinylCreatives cannot be held responsible for output quality issues that originate from the files supplied by the customer.
