Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VinylCreatives' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Custom Vinyl Orders

Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be received before production begins
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes: VinylCreatives does not charge, collect, or estimate these fees at checkout. For international orders, your local customs authority or delivery carrier may require additional payment on arrival. Whether such fees apply and their amount are determined solely by the laws and regulations of your country or region. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office to release the package.
• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage charges, and similar amounts paid to third parties are not eligible for refund or reimbursement from VinylCreatives, as we never collected those payments.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. Every order is custom-manufactured to order using the files and artwork you provide. Because each product is individually made for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on customer preference or change of mind.
• We will replace or refund orders only where a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., pressing error not caused by your audio file) or shipping damage is confirmed.
• Claims for defects or shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
• Proof of defect is required (photos, videos). Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Print quality, color accuracy, and audio fidelity are determined by the files you upload. Issues resulting from low-resolution artwork or low-quality audio submitted by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage charges, and similar amounts paid to your local carrier or government on delivery are not eligible for refund or reimbursement, as VinylCreatives does not collect these fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VinylCreatives or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinylCreatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
