Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using VinylCreatives' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Custom Vinyl Orders
Order Processing
- All custom vinyl records are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
- Production time is 24 hours, with shipping within 48 hours of order placement
- Orders are subject to acceptance and may be cancelled if we cannot fulfill them
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Content Requirements
- You must own or have rights to all audio files and artwork you upload
- Content must not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate or illegal content
- You grant us a license to use your content solely for producing your custom vinyl
Payment
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be received before production begins
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (buyer's responsibility)
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged products
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
- Claims for defects must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of defect may be required (photos, videos, etc.)

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective due to our error
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VinylCreatives or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinylCreatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
