How Do I Track My Order?
Visit account.vinylcreatives.com/orders and log in with the email address you used when placing your order. Your order history and tracking details will be available there.
Where's My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number is sent via email when your order ships. You can also find it by logging into your account at account.vinylcreatives.com/orders. Check your inbox and spam folder for emails from VinylCreatives.
When Will My Order Dispatch?
Your custom vinyl is usually manufactured within 24–48 hours, subject to change depending on order volume. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
I Can't Log In / Find My Order
Make sure you're using the same email address you used during checkout. If you're still having trouble, contact our customer service team and we'll help you locate your order.

Standard Shipping
Cost: $9.95 | Time: 5-7 business days
Reliable delivery via USPS or UPS with tracking included.
Express Shipping
Cost: $24.95 | Time: 2-3 business days
Priority delivery via UPS or FedEx with real-time tracking.
Total Delivery Time: Production (24 hours) + Shipping prep (48 hours) + Shipping time (5-7 days standard or 2-3 days express)
